The “Caramba” Connection

When My Aunt Rosa gets exasperated about “not sweating the small stuff” she’d say:

“Ay, Caramba” ~ and it comes from the heart. (She’s 95!)

This is the same as saying: “Darn it!!!” (with a lot of passion). There’s so much emphasis in her voice that I can’t help but smile from ear to ear, because I know what she really wants to say, however, it is not her style to do so and, in her very strong opinion, not very lady-like.

I grew to love that expression because it’s not only endearing, but made me realize the importance of strong opinions and how to apply them when it comes to marketing yourself, your products and your services as well as developing sound relationships.

Give the voice of your marketing plan, that emphasis to say “Ay, Caramba” and go for the uniqueness of your style to make your business stand out above the rest.

In fact, as you begin to freshen up the vision of your business for the second quarter of the year, add to it that extra kick in your “visionary” step by re-directing your Action plans to increase your profits and start thinking with the end in mind. Have a very clear vision of what you want to see happen out of all the hard work and efforts you are putting into your business. Stay focused on accomplishing clear-cut Results rather than keeping your focus on completing tasks.

Go ahead, put a little (or a lot) “Ay, Caramba” into your life!
